Rick moved to Eugene, Oregon in 1987 when he began to sell real estate, where he now lives with his wife and children. Rick is an avid fan of the Oregon ducks, loves attending football and basketball games, when his busy schedule permits. Rick also enjoys the great outdoors; softball, fishing, and traveling the beautiful state of Oregon.
Why do Rick's colleagues call him the “king of real estate”? Long arduous hours, copious attention to details, dedication to family and the community, Rick say's.
In-addition, to his availability to clients that exceeds expectations, Rick's clients say one of his best attributes is his " keen ability to economically create an appealing and enticing property appearance", which in turn generates interest in properties before they are even officially listed for sale, noting the latter also equates into higher values and faster turn around for client properties.
Rick also likes to help new up-and-coming real estate professionals. The latter is why he taught investment real estate at Lane Community College for 3 years
Accomplishments: Rick enjoys working with kids in the community by volunteering his time as a baseball coach for Kidsports of Lane County, and coaching for Babe Ruth baseball as well. Rick is extremely proud of the numerous subdivisions he has sold in Lane County. Michael's Landing a 83 lot subdivision in West Eugene, and a 11 lot subdivision in Santa Clara, Prairie Meadows 48 lot subdivision along with the 24 lot Brenelain Court Subdivision in Junction City are his 2 latest accomplishments. He also has built over 21 luxury homes in prestigious Valley River Village, and several others around Lane County.
